Transform bold colors into soft pastel hues with our Neutral Mix. Full creativity in your hands: the more Neutral Mix you add, the paler the color will go.
Acting similarly to a glaze or a gloss, your color will have a level of transparency.

How Many bottles will I need ?

If you have short hair or are just looking to top up your color, 1 bottle will do the job. We would recommend 2 bottles for lighter colors on short hair just so you can fully saturate each strand. 2 bottles for mid length hair – you need that full saturation and all important smooshing of the color on your hair! Longer hair will need around 3-4 bottles to make sure every strand gets an even dose of color.

Step by Step

Using Neutral Mix to pastelise your shades will always work best on a lighter base, we recommend lightening your hair to a level 9 or 10 (blonde) with our High Lift Bleach Kit to create the perfect blank canvas for your dye. Simply dilute the color with Neutral Mix until desired shade is achieved.
